where only the few lucky ones tread.

Your body thrusts in eruption,
legs pulling me closer
mouth open, yet no words are said.
Just how I like it.

When the blanket of shadow slowly falls
and our world turns upside down,
why do I feel like the only soul alive?

Not a sound at all.
Just a light
spilling from under a door
brightening my restless soul.

Paper with just dreams,
A world I wish I could explore.
Making the desire stronger
for more. 

Vanilla milk skin,
hair like black silk,
a sight not to be missed;
Total bliss.

Your smile-
a candle in a dark room,
water in the summer,
a splash of blue
on a white canvas. 

A beautiful work of art
painted by the stars,
and created from the sun,
the source of all life.

I understand I brought the rain
yet I still pray
that you’ll forgive me
and shine your rays on me again…
